Global Terms of Service & Refund Policy
By placing an order with us from any country worldwide (including India), you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions tailored to your country of delivery.
1. 10% Partial Advance Payment Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
- Applicability: This policy applies uniformly to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders placed worldwide, including domestic orders within India.
- Advance Fee: To secure, verify, and confirm your COD order, a 10% partial advance payment must be paid online via our secure checkout gateway at the time of placing the order.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining 90% balance of the total order value will be collected in cash by the courier agent upon doorstep delivery.
- Forfeiture Clause: This 10% advance payment is strictly non-refundable. If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of doorstep delivery, this amount will be permanently forfeited to cover shipping, processing, handling, and operational losses incurred by our store.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Policy (Strictly Enforced)
- Our Liability: We take ultimate care in packaging your products. In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, broken, defective, or completely wrong, we accept full liability.
- Mandatory Requirement: To successfully claim a free replacement or a full refund, the customer MUST provide an unbroken, continuous Unboxing Video captured right from the very beginning of opening the outer courier packaging.
- Anti-Fraud Clause (No Any Tools/Anti-AI): The video must be 100% raw, unedited, and shot in one single continuous take. We strictly prohibit the use of ANY digital tools, video editing software, mobile apps, trimming tools, merging applications, or AI enhancements/modifications. The video must have NO CUTS, NO PAUSES, and NO TRANSITIONS. Any video showing signs of manipulation, cutting, stitching, or any digital tool intervention will be strictly rejected. No refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstances for tampered videos.
- Resolution: If a valid, untampered video is verified, a 100% full refund (including your 10% advance fee) will be credited, or a brand-new replacement will be dispatched instantly.
3. Return Policy for "Change of Mind"
- Policy: If the product delivered is completely accurate, functional, and matches the description, but you simply do not like it or have changed your mind, a return can be initiated.
- Courier Charges: In case of a "Change of Mind" return where the product is perfect, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying the complete return courier charges to ship the parcel back to our designated warehouse.

- If you face any issues returning the item, our customer support team is always here to help and support you. We can assist you with the correct warehouse address or negotiate friendly solutions (like partial discounts or coupons) so you can keep the item happily.
